If you wanna collaborate sometime I picked up an apprenticeship at an engineering firm Been pretty much swimming in catching up every night We can swap some knowledge instead of some spit this time
No, I don't think so, it's not like the neural mesh
It's actual non-network hologram. I've got one on my table in the safe house, I'll show it to you. I bought a goddamn kit.
It has something to do with controlling light output. Putting a limiter on it. It's crazy stuff. It's considered obsolete, too, because of the implants. It's like building a fucking potato lamp.
Don't tell that to my employer, though. I'm not supposed to find that surprising.
Your secret's safe. I'll be around later on if you want to share your kit. I can contribute, too. It's a kid's toy I've been tinkering with. One of those robotic dogs? But, x1000.
No, keep talking. I think more people should let their inner geek flag fly.
I don't know nearly enough to do anything from the ground up. I don't have the resources. Working with something small and simpler helps cover the basics. I also attended one of those senior how-to's to immerse myself in the basics of the neural mesh. I was the youngest one there.
You know what man, I'm not ashamed of it, it's just that I only caught a few episodes myself. We couldn't afford cable growing up, I wasn't a huge TV watcher. It's hit or miss.
When's the next senior citizen class? I'm not too proud for that either

Good that it's not a dotted line. I try for solid.

( But also on one thing, too. )
I'll also take you up on the one. But, I thought I should make it clear I would definitely not say no to both.

How has engineering been so far? Anything drastically different or is the math thankfully the same?
no subject
You gotta keep practicing or else you'll get rusty
Math is the same
They build goddamn hologram projectors in freshman studies, it's like baby's first build, it's insane
no subject
That is insane. How does that translate to neurotech? Are the projectors hardwired into the network?

are you building a K9 unit
wait do they have Doctor Who where you're from
no subject
I'm not building from the ground up, just tinkering inside what's already been built.

you know what don't worry about it, yeah bring it over
I feel like in terms of efficiency in learning here this was an excellent idea

I could also bring food back, too.

please bring me food
no subject
Once a week. Why, do you want to be my date to the next one?
Got any requests? I'm finishing up here.
no subject
yes please invite me on a date to the senior rec center
no more thai food, I might actually die if I smell any more thai food this week
other than that
not picky
no subject
That's it. You're invited. We can sit at the back of the class and hold hands.
